Career Experience
Kingsley Gate Partners (August 2022 – May 2024)
As Vice President at Kingsley Gate Partners, Bob Cwenar led a high-performing team to execute mid and executive-level searches across various industries, achieving significant revenue growth. He spearheaded business development initiatives, leveraging market data to identify key opportunities in the private equity sector, and managed key client relationships, contributing to over $600K in search fees for FY 2023.
GattiHR (January 2016 – August 2022)
Bob advanced from Associate, to Senior Associate, to Director, to Vice President at GattiHR, demonstrating exceptional leadership and business acumen. As Vice President, he took over an existing book of business, developed new client relationships, and led a team to deliver successful talent management projects. His efforts resulted in multi-million-dollar client relationships and consistent revenue growth, highlighted by generating over $1.2 million in revenue alongside the Managing Director.
Armstrong Franklin (June 2014 – January 2016)
At Armstrong Franklin, Bob excelled as an Associate in Executive Search, managing the end-to-end recruiting process, including candidate sourcing, vetting, and client management. He provided critical market data and insights to support client decision-making and successfully navigated the negotiation process during offer stages, laying the foundation for his subsequent roles at GattiHR and Kingsley Gate Partners.
Hobbies and Interests
Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about cooking and love experimenting with new recipes. I'm an avid skier and I enjoy spending time outdoors. Philadelphia Eagles, Philadelphia Phillies, and Philadelphia Flyers fan. In my spare time, I also dabble in photography (Nikon z5, Nikon F4). I have a wonderful wife, Beth, and we share our home with our energetic husky, Luna.
